Augusta Mediation Services offers two ways to reach a resolution: in-person mediation for cases in the Augusta area and Zoom mediation for attorneys and claimants anywhere in Georgia.
In-Person Mediation
In-person sessions are held at the office conference room in Augusta and are available for cases in Richmond County and Columbia County. Keeping the in-person service area close to home means each session begins and ends on time, without travel cutting into the parties’ day.
- Richmond County: Augusta and the surrounding communities.
- Columbia County: Including Evans, Martinez, and Grovetown.
Zoom Mediation Statewide
For everyone else, Zoom mediation is available throughout the state of Georgia — from Savannah to Athens to Atlanta and beyond. Video sessions carry the same structure and confidentiality as in-person mediation, and parties who lack reliable internet are welcome to use the Augusta office to connect.
